It looks like a pretty nice site... www.archive.com confirms that they've been around since 2003, and have expanded quite a bit since then. Their testimonials check out, and the fact that they actually SHOW you the people you talk to is an honest step that I haven't seen from any company.
Now.. you can't be 100% sure that those pictures are for real (unless you like.. ask one of them to take a picture w/your name on their bxxs), but given the fact that it looks like the same office, and the lighting is the same... it's highly probable.
For the price, I'd say give em a try for a year. $72 for hosting for a year at that package size isn't bad. Transfer bandwidth is a little on the low side, but you probably won't use 250G anyway.
